Online Service Request Form
Sunrise Homes' Customer Service program is designed to provide you with the highest level of service after you have closed on your new Sunrise home. If your home is still under construction or has not closed, questions, comments and concerns should be directed to your individual site superintendent. Please consult your Buyer Orientation documents for superintendent contact information. Information regarding warranty coverage and service requests for your new Sunrise Home can be found in your Sunrise Homes' Homeowners Manual or your Bonded Builders Home Warranty documents. In order to insure timely and accurate processing of your service needs, all non-emergency requests for service must be submitted in writing.
