Sunrise Homes' Customer Service program is designed to provide you with the highest level of service after you have closed on your new Sunrise home. If your home is still under construction or has not closed, questions, comments and concerns should be directed to your individual site superintendent. Please consult your Buyer Orientation documents for superintendent contact information.
Information regarding warranty coverage and service requests for your new Sunrise Home can be found in your Sunrise Homes' Homeowners Manual or your Bonded Builders Home Warranty documents. In order to insure timely and accurate processing of your service needs, all non-emergency requests for service must be submitted in writing.

Please note that some ISPs utilize software to block third party email services in an attempt to control spam. Frequently use of such software has the unintended consequence of disabling auto-response forms like Sunrise's "On-line Service Request Form". If you know that your ISP blocks third party emails or are unaware of your ISP's blocking policy but want to insure that your service request is not blocked, we recommend utilizing the email link instead of the Service Request Form.
