Cool water tones mixed with the softness of sandy linens and the warm reds in an afternoon sunset inspired the color palette for Sunrise Homes’ new model at Pine Creek. And to add to the elegant, yet relaxed feel of the home, clean-lined, contemporary furnishings were mixed with classic, more traditional elements.

One of our favorite spaces in the La Salle III model is the kitchen. The crisp, clean lines of the white shaker style cabinetry combined with the white, strong, horizontal shaped subway backsplash is dazzling! And, the beautiful quartz countertops add the soft look of marble, but with the strength of granite.

Many of the art pieces throughout the home reflect the vibrant, local culture and nearby, waterways.  From jazz musicians and the French Quarter to serene images of sailboats drifting on the water - the colorful mix exemplifies the vast offerings of New Orleans.

The bonus room is playful and fun with a large, interactive tic-tac-toe game built right into the wall. This is truly a fun and flexible space for the family to play, study and relax in.

A “must see” is the boy’s room where a memorable “Lego” theme puts a smile on the faces of all kids from 3 to 103! With our limited time, we had a blast exploring New Orleans’ French Quarter and downtown area.  Not only was the historic architecture and wonderful culture exhilarating, the music, people, night-life and, of course, food, were over the moon!
